Some shops owners along Alagbaka area of Akure are groaning following the destruction of their structures.
Their shops were destroyed late in the night when they have closed for the business of the day.
A fashion outlet, car wash centre, eatery outlet among others were some of the shops destroyed.
The News Track gathered that the shops were demolished because the occupants do not have building plans.
