President Muhammadu Buhari has redeployed the Minister of State for Labour and Productivity, Senator Tayo Alasoadura to the Niger Delta Ministry as Minister of State.
Alasoadura is the minister representing Ondo state in the federal cabinet.
Festus Keyamo (SAN) has been moved from the Ministry of Niger Delta and redeployed to Labour and Productivity as Minister of State.
Media aide to Alasoadura confirmed this to The News Track.
Recall that Akure community and some stakeholders in Ondo state had earlier protested and rejected the portfolio of Alasoadura.
They asked Buhari to redeploy him to another ministry.
