Nigeria @ 59: Ondo APC Chairman commends founding fathers’ selfless sacrifices

Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State, Engr. Ade Adetimehin, has commended the founding fathers of the nation for the selfless and worthy sacrifices they made to ensure subsequent generations have a country they could be proud of.

Adetinehin said despite our challenges as a country, Nigeria has come of age at 59.

The APC chairman in his independence message to Ondo state indigenes and Nigeria at large, praised Nigerians for being supportive of the President Muhammadu Buhari led administration.

He hails the efforts of the administration to rebuild Nigeria, by putting in place institutions and policies that would stand the test of time.

He assured Nigerians that the economic vision and security strategies of the President would soon be applauded by all stakeholders.

Adetimehin in a statement issued by the party’s  Publicity Secretary, Alex Kalejaye said the APC-led government in Ondo State has done so much within 30 months, to justify the confidence of the people.

He acclaims the State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN, for building a solid, and enduring revenue base for the once tagged “Civil Service State.”

“The State will ever be grateful to the present administration for the industrial hub in Ore, besides the unbelievable infrastructural development. The Agricultural and health sectors have better stories to share,” he stressed.
