The national association of Nigerian students has sued Ekiti state governor, Kayode fayemi, His wife, Bisi Fayemi and the Nigerian police following the killing of two students of the federal university Oye-Ekiti by counter terrorism officers attached to Mrs fayemi’s convoy
At a news conference in Abuja NANS president, Danielson Akpan also demands a judicial commission of inquiry involving all affected including the Benin electricity distribution company, family members of slain students and host community
NANS is also demanding the automatic employment of two family members of the slain students,medical Bills of all survivors paid with twenty million naira compensation
The students’ body also banned governor Fayemi Kayode and his wife, Bisi Fayemi from entering, attending and participating in any activity on any tertiary institution’s campus across the country, until their demands are met
