TVC news Babajide Kolade-Otitoju is one of the prominent Nigerians that will be honoured by a reputable media organization known as “Southwest Herald magazine” on 1st of December, 2019.
The event is billed for the international Culture and event centre known as the Dome in Akure, the Ondo state capital.
According to the publisher of Southwest Herald Magazine, Olutayo Moses Adu, Babajide Kolade Otitoju was picked for the award because of his outstanding contributions on Journalists’ hangout.
Adu said, ‘Babajide Kolade-Otitoju has distinguished himself as a professional journalist with great penchant for objectivity. He is a Nigerian who should be celebrated.
‘He is brilliant, articulate, accurate and highly cerebral. His contribution on TVC programme, Journalists hangout is outstanding”.
Other awardees are : former Secretary to the Ondo state government, Barrister Isaacs Kekemeke, , a member of the Ondo state House of Assembly, Oladiji Olamide otherwise known as Landmark, Assistant Commissioner of police, Livingston Orutugu Phd among others.
Publisher of the Southwest Herald magazine explained that the proposed award was to propel the awardees to do more towards ensuring peaceful and developed society.
