The policeman who allegedly killed a truck driver at Uso town in Owo Local Government Area of Ondo State last Tuesday will be arraigned in court next week.

The killer cop, Sergeant Idowu Omosuyi, surrendered himself to the police three days after escaping from the scene of the incident.
The state police command on Wednesday declared him wanted when he absconded after the incident.
Spokesperson of the Ondo state police command, Femi Joseph said the trigger happy cop would have to face the full weight of the law.
Joseph who appeared on TVC news via Skype said “he is now with us, he has turned himself in and next week he will be arraingned in court.
Omosuyi who was attached to the Federal Highway Patrol, allegedly shot the truck driver, Ado Saleh at a checkpoint on Akure-Owo Highway, at Uso town following an argument.
Some residents of the state had accused the state police command of trying to shield the policeman by not disclosing his identity.
Joseph said, ” We want to restate our earlier stand that the command and indeed the Nigeria police will never shield any of his personnel that commits any manner of infraction or illegality”
