Fire has destroyed part of the building that housed officers and men of the Ekiti State National Drug Law Enforcement Agency NDLEA.
The unfortunate incident occurred at about one o’clock in the afternoon of Saturday.
The cause of the fire is still unknown .
Journalists and members of the public were bared from entering into the building while officials of the agency declined comment.
The fire was put out by fire fighters from the Ekiti State Fire Service who also parked their vehicle outside the building and passed their water pipe through the gate of the building.
The NDLEA office is located around Aayemi garage EKSU road Ado Ekiti.
The building according to findings have become rickety and needs urgent renovation.
