The founder of Sotitobire Miracle Centre, Alfa Babatunde will return to court today.
He is standing trial over disappearance of a year old boy, Gold Kolawole in his church November last year.
The court had sent the clergyman back to the prison on January 17, 2020 pending the issuance of Hearing Notice.
Alfa Babatunde and five other members of his church were arraigned by the Department of State Services (DSS).
The court headed by Mrs Charity Adeyanju however gave an order that Prophet Alfa should remain in the prison till today when the state High court will issue the hearing notice where his bail application could be taken.
