Ondo police command reacts to Ile-Oluji bank robbery.
There is a bank robbery incident currently going on in Ile Oluji involving two Commercial Banks.
Our Men as we speak, have moved in to curtail the attackers. For now, the number of casualties are still very sketchy.
The hoodlums used dynamites to destroy the gates of the two banks.
However, Preliminary investigation revealed that they did not succeed in taking away anything from one of the banks, but we are still discussing with the officials of the other bank to know if valuables were carted away.
We urge citizens to remain calm as the Command will ensure the arrest of the hoodlums and bring them to Justice. Further developments will be made public soon.
