The Ondo state Government has transmitted a bill for the establishment of the state Security Network called Amotekun to the Ondo state House Of Assembly for deliberation and passage.
Briefing Journalists at the end of the state Executive Council meeting, the state commissioner For information, Donald Ojogo and the state Attorney General,Adekola Olawoye said the move became imperative to tackle the various security challenges .
The duo said the daft bill has taken care of all fears that have trailed the launch of Amotekun
The State council also said traditional rulers will be given prominent role as Amotekun Ambassadors.
