How Ondo APC chairmanship aspirant was attacked by political thugs

Political thugs have allegedly attacked an All Progressives Congress (APC) chairmanship aspirant,  Collins Awoseye in Ifedore local government area of Ondo state.


He was attacked and injured on Wednesday by people suspected to be thugs while on his way to a political meeting.


Awoseye while  narrating his ordeal on hospital bed, alleged that the speaker Ondo state house of assembly, Bamidele Oleyeloogun had invited him to his lodge in akure for a meeting over crisis that followed the imposition of an aspirant over others in the party’s primary in Ifedore.


Awoseye alleged that the thugs who were led by the personal Assistant to the speaker, Kunle Ajayi attacked and machete him before he was rescued and rushed to the hospital.
