Hearing of the suit filled against the founder of Sotitobire Miracle center, Prophet Alfa Babatunde and six other members of the church resumes today at an Ondo state High Court sitting in Akure.
Alfa Babatunde is standing trial over an alleged missing of one year-old boy (Gold Kolawole) inside his church.
Expectedly, the court will hear and rule on the bail application of the defendants in the suit .
The Church located at Oshinle Quarters of Akure, the state capital, was burnt by irate youths few months ago over false alarm that the missing boy corpse was exhumed from the church altar.
On 3 February, 2020, the court picked the date after the defendants were arraigned and ordered that they should still be remanded at Nigerian Correctional Centre at Olokuta Akure (formerly Olokuta Prisons).
Other defendants are; Omodara Olayinka, Margaret Oyebola ,Grace Ogunjobi, Egunjobi Motunrayo and Esther Kayode.
