Ondo State has recorded its first death from coronavirus (COVID-19).
The Commissioner for Health in the state, Dr Wahab Adegbenro, confirmed this to THENEWSTRACK in Akure.
Ondo has reported 16 cases of COVID-19 with nine active cases and one fatality.
Six other patients who recovered from the disease has since been discharged.
