The Chairman of Ondo APC Governorship Primary Election, Yahaya Bello says he has no power to postpone Monday’s primaries.
Bello, who is also the Governor of Kogi State disclosed this at a meeting with the Governorship aspirants in Akure.
Ten out of the 12 aspirants were present at the meeting.
Bello told the aspirants that his duty is to conduct a credible primary election.
He said, “I don’t have power to postpone Monday’s primaries. We will go ahead with the exercise.
“There is no perfect election anywhere even in advanced countries like the US”
