More facts have emerged on how Veteran Broadcaster, Ayo Ogedengbe died in the early hours of Thursday.

Tributes have continued to pour in torrents for the ace broadcaster in the traditional and social media.
His Oba-Ile residence has continued to play host to eminent Nigerians who described his passage as a painful loss.
One of the early callers at his residence was the state Commissioner for Information and Orientation, Donald Ojogo.
Ojogo who led Government delegation on condolence visit to Ayo Ogedengbe’s residence, commiserated with the family, praying against such untimely death and irreparable loss.
Mr. Ojogo said the state government and members of the pen profession have lost a media guru, describing the deceased as a thorough bred professional and a teacher who distinguished himself among his colleagues and the media world at large.
“The death of Mr. Ayo Ogedengbe is a personal loss to all of us and everybody in the state. We are with you in prayers and we commit his soul to the bosom of the Lord.
Nobody can console the family as they would console themselves, only God can console them. God will give you courage to bear the loss. Let’s take solace in the fact that he lived a life of value; he was not materialistic. His type is not common in the society.”
Ojogo condoled the wife, Mrs. Funbi Ogedengbe urging her to commune with herself from her inner heart. He told the widow not to give-in to sorrow as she cannot mourn her husband in one day.
In the entourage of the Commissioner for Information and Orientation were the Permanent Secretary Mr. John Adeyemo and Directors in the Ministry.
The Ondo State Council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) also described the passage of Ogedengbe as a rude shock.
The council led by its Chairman, Adetona Aderoboye, executives and members, received the sudden death of one of the vibrant Veteran journalist with disbelief.
In a Press Statement signed by the State Secretary of the Union, Leke Adegbite, NUJ described the late Ogedengbe popularly known as “Oged”as a a goal getter, straightforward, bold and disciplined journalist.
