Many polling units in Oba-Ile area of Akure North local government area of Ondo state were deserted by voters.
A visit to ward 9 in Oba- Ile showed that voting and accreditation have not started around 8.55am.
Adhoc staff of the Ondo State Independent Electoral Commission were not available.
However some security men were seen at some polling units.
Some voters were seen standing waiting for the ODIEC officials
