The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) says it will engage the services of 17,000 Adhoc staff for the conduct of the October 10 Governorship Election in Ondo State.
Out of this Figure , fifteen thousand National Youths Service Corps members will work as polling officers.
The commission will also engage civil servant and heads of tertiary institutions as collation and presiding officers.
INEC National Commissioner and chairman, Information and voters Education committee, Festus Okoye disclosed this at a workshop for Journalists in Akure ondo state Capital.
Okoye added that the commission is committed to the conduct of credible elections in Edo and Ondo States.
