A late night accident has claimed the lives of no fewer than ten persons at the Olu foam junction, along Ilesa/Akure/Owo Expressway, Àkúré, the Ondo State Capital.
The fatal road accident involvied a truck and an eighteen seater bus.
It was gathered that the accident involved a trailer with registration number KJA 14 XW which collided with the bus from the opposite direction while avoiding a collision with an okada rider.
The trailer eventually crushed the okada rider before colliding with the bus marked USL 498 XB.
The bus was loaded with eighteen passengers including four underage children.
The corpses of the victims have been deposited at UNIMED Teaching Hospital in Àkúré
