The Court of Appeal, siiting in Abuja has dismissed the appeal filed by Mrs. Jumoke Anifowoshe against the victory of Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN, in the primary election of All Progressives Congress(APC) held on July 20, 2020.
The court, in an unanimous decision, dismissed the appeal as lacking in merit.
Hon Justice I E. Ekwo of the Federal High Court, Abuja had on 13th January, 2021 dismissed the suit filed by Mrs Anifowoshe as being statute barred.
