A former senator from Ilawe Ekiti, Bode Olowoporoku has bowed to the cold hands of death..
A family member of the veteran politician confirmed his demise.
He was said to have died on Wednesday night after battling with undisclosed ailment associated with old age.
The late Olowoporoku who contested for the 2018 governorship election in Ekiti State, was born on September 29, 1945.
Between 1979-81; he served as a Federal Minister of State for Science and Technology.
