The Social Democratic Party candidate for the House of Assembly seat in Akoko North West State Constituency 1 in the last general election, Hon. Moshood Abiola Olanipekun (JBQ) has dumped the party.
His action was contained in a resignation letter made available to reporters in Akure, the Ondo State capital.
He appreciated members and leadership of the party at all levels for their unalloyed support during the 2019 general election.
“I appreciate and thank the leadership and member of Social Democratic Party (SDP) at the ward, Local Government, State and Federal level for their support during my stay in the party especially during my 2019 aspiration”, he added.
