The Nigerian Medical Association, NMA, Ondo State Chapter, has felicitated the State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu (SAN), on the conferment of national honour of Commander of the Order of the Niger (CON) on him by President Muhammadu Buhari.
In a congratulatory letter jointly signed by the Association’s Chairman, Dr Adeyemi-Osowe Omosehin and the Secretary, Dr. A. O. Omotehinse, the NMA said the honour is well-deserved.
The Association said “On behalf of the entire body of doctors in Ondo State, Ondo NMA wishes to felicitate with Mr. Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu SAN, on the conferment of national honour of Commander of the Order of the Niger (CON) by President Muhammadu Buhari.
“This award, no doubt is well-deserved, and it is a testament to your contributions to the various facets of national development. Mr. Governor Sir, it is on record that your dogged commitment to one indivisible Nigeria that is fair to all is not in doubt.
“This, you have demonstrated through your words and actions, especially your giant strides in Ondo State and Nigeria towards the upliftment of the lives and livelihoods of the people within a safe and secure Nigeria.
“We also wish to appreciate President Muhammadu Buhari for this noteworthy honour to our dear Governor.
“As an association, we share this moment of celebration with you and are proud of your landmark achievements that birthed this award. Congratulations our talk and do Governor,” the Association said.
