A federal High Court sitting in Akure has ordered the All Progressives Congress to conduct fresh primary election for Akoko SouthEast/South-West Federal Constituency within seven days.
Some aspirants on the platform of the APC had approached the federal high court in Akure to challenge the declaration of Gboyega Adefarati as winner of the primary election.
The primary election venue was moved from Akoko to Akure, which the aspirants challenged in court.
