Suspected robbers attack man, disposes him of huge sum of money in Akure
Some armed robbers have attacked a man along Alagbaka area of Akure, the Ondo State capital, carting away an undisclosed amount of money belonging to the man.
It was gathered that the man was accosted from the bank where he had gone to withdraw a huge sum of money.
He was robbed a few metres away from the State Government House and a commercial bank.
The victim who drove a Toyota Corolla was intercepted by the robbers and caught him unaware.
It was gathered that the robbers successfully carried out the operation under five minutes.
The incident had thrown many motorists and commercial motorcyclists plying the route into pandemonium.
