How Akungba Indigenes killed varsity student 

More facts have emerged how a student of the Adekunle Adekunle Ajasin University Akungba Akoko (AAUA) was killed by some indigenes of the community.
It was gathered that he was stabbed to death in his hostel (off campus) by some indigenes.
Those who carried out that attack are already on the run.
His killing has since sparked off protest in the university community.
The president of  student body of the institution,  Ogunsanmi Kolade (Multiple), and Secretary, Adeyefa Tolulope (Elite), confirmed  the incident in a statement
“Information at our disposal, giving by some eyewitnesses, indicated that Temitayo Ayodeji was stabbed to death in his hostel (off campus) by some indigenes who are already on the run.
“However, the case has been reported at Akungba Police. Our position remains that the security  agencies should launch a manhunt immediately to apprehend the perpetrators, and we shall NOT rest until justice is served.
“We call on all students to remain calm and follow the directives of the Students’ Union body ” the statement added.
The Ondo State Police Command through its spokesperson, Funmilayo Odunlami Omisanya also confirmed the incident.
She added that a house belonging to a mother of one of the suspected killers had been razed.
“An indigene had an issue with a student and one thing led to the other, and he stabbed the student which resulted to the student’s death. Students took to the street to protest, corpse taken to the morgue by police, while on it some people mobilize to the suspects mother’s house to set it ablaze, police and the people are there to put off the fire,” she noted.
