In his message, the monarch called on all Muslims faithful to put into practice lessons learnt during the Ramadan period to love and share with the less privileged in the society as exemplified by Holy Prophet, which promotes a life of sacrifice, charity and love for one another.

According to him, the month of Ramadan was another opportunity for them to deepen their relationship with Allah, and to sustain these values even after the holy month to build a more prosperous, peaceful and united Nigeria, where every citizen can be proud of.

Oba Agbede said one of the benefits of upholding the and putting into practice the teachings from the Holy Book is for religious tolerance, which engender peaceful co-existence, unity and prosperity.
