The news of the return of the Ondo state governor, Rotimi Akereodolu from medical leave in Germany is being spread on the social media.
But his media aide, Richard Olatunde has faulted the news, describing it as a rumour being spread by jittery politicians.
Olatunde who said the governor is yet to return, said Akeredolu’s is currently still on a medical vacation in Germany.
He said,” We would like to assure the good people of Ondo State and Nigerians in general that the Governor’s return will be widely publicized.
“While we acknowledge that his return is imminent, we urge our citizens to disregard any false information and preemptive mischief orchestrated by jittery politicians.
“For emphasis, Governor Akeredolu has not yet returned to the country”
